 2009 Proulx Chardonnay

Label

A bright Chardonnay with a fresh light mouth feel. Aromas of pineapple, lemon zest and lemon curd capture your attention and are followed by fresh tropical fruit flavors, honeysuckle, minerality and slight creamy nuances with a hint of butter.  

  • Composition: 95% Chardonnay & 5% Grenache Blanc
  • Aged 16 months: 95% Stainless Steel, 2% New French Oak & 3% Neutral Oak

 

 2006 Proulx Lux

Label

A robust aroma of plum, lavender, and wild berry fill the nose of this wine and carry on into the mouth. Layers of blueberry, anise and spice round out the mouth as the smooth tannins lead you into a long, luxurious finish. This wine is the perfect complement with almost any meal – it is simply made for food.

  • Composition: 31% Mourvedre, 31% Grenache, 21% Syrah, 12% Petite Sirah, 5% Counoise

 2008 Proulx Merveille

Label

Ripe, intense, and concentrated this wine offers a mix of current & black cherry with hints of licorice and sage. The complexity of this wine shines through the palate as flavors of wild berry, mocha, and rosemary unfold into a long, intense finish.

2010 Proulx Yellow Label Zinfandel

Our Central Coast Zinfandel is very versatile making it a great Tuesday night wine paired with pizza or a special occasion wine paired with lamb, pork or steak.

  • Barrell Program: 23% New American Oak, 77% Neutral Oak

 

2010 Proulx Yellow Label Petite Sirah

Label

Aromas of medium roast coffee beans, vanilla and tobacco flow into flavors of candied cranberries, cherry preserves and chocolate ice cream. Layers of toast, maple syrup and strawberry jam continue to unfold through the “classic Kevin Riley” soft, lingering, velvety finish.

 

 

 

 

2008 Proulx Red Label Petite Sirah

Label

This wine is round & silky with characteristics of blackberry, spice and violet that carry over into the mouth. Layers of toast, chocolate and toffee continue to unfold through the long, lingering finish.

2008 Proulx Jack Barrett

Label

Textured flavors of rich berries, blackberries, raspberries and dried cherries lead to an enhanced, deep complexity with a touch of chocolate on the finish.
